In order to minimize our carbon footprint we schedule our deliveries on set days during the week. Generally, you can expect to receive your mattress within 7-10 business days of your order. A member of our team will contact you (either by email, text, or phone) to confirm your deliver window. They’ll provide you with a 3-hour delivery window so you don’t have to wait at home all day.
Our mattresses are delivered in a protective plastic wrap to prevent any damage to your mattress during delivery. We can also arrange to leave your mattress on your doorstep if you prefer (only available for delivery to homes and not available for condos, apartment units, and multi-plexes).
Our goal is to get you into your perfect mattress so you can enjoy your best sleep. You can exchange your Sleeply online purchase for any other Sleeply mattress of equal or greater value any time within 30 days of your purchase date. An additional fee of $100 will be charged to process and deliver the exchange of any mattresses. To initiate a return just email our customer support at info@sleeply.ca and we'll walk through the process with you.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Debit on our online shop and VISA, Mastercard, Debit, and cash at our retail showroom.
All of our mattresses come with a warranty, which range from 10 to 20 years depending on the mattress you choose. Our warranty guarantees the quality of our mattresses so you can rest easy knowing you purchased a mattress of the highest quality.
